Registration Fees

Notes:

⁽¹⁾ Training school only: This registration fee includes admission to all lectures offered at the training school; lunches on school days and coffees during coffee breaks as well as admission to the social activities including the school reception at boat cruising Danube, school banquet and iMax screening experience.

⁽²⁾ Conference only: This registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions offered at 3DTV-Con 2014 (2 July – 4 July); conference documentation and electronic proceedings on USB flash memory; lunches on conference days and coffees during coffee breaks as well as admission to the social activities, including the conference reception and banquet. In order to be included in the conference proceedings, each accepted paper has to be covered by a registration fee. One registration fee can cover only one paper.

⁽³⁾ Conference + half-length training school: This registration fee combines admission to the second half of the COST Training School on Rich 3D Content: Creation, Perception and Interaction and full admission to the 3DTV conference. More specifically, it includes admission to the lectures offered at the school, given on Tuesday, 1 July and Wednesday, 2 July; lunches on the same days and coffees during coffee breaks as well as admission to the iMax screening experience. The registration fee includes also admission to all conference scientific sessions; conference documentation and electronic proceedings on USB flash memory; lunches on conference days and coffees during coffee breaks as well as admission to the social activities, including the conference reception and banquet. In order to be included in the conference proceedings, each accepted paper has to be covered by a registration fee. One registration fee can cover only one paper.

⁽⁴⁾ Conference + full-length training school: This registration fee combines the registration fees in option 1 and option 2.

Participation Grants

A limited number of grants are available from the COST Action 3D-ConTourNet. The grants can be used for covering travel cost and registration fee by participants. Priory will be given to applications from COST countries and parties within the 3D-ConTourNet COST Action.

Interested candidates should send an application email the conference secretariat (here) with a subject ‘Interaction 2013 Grant Application’ and with the following information:

• Applicant’s full name
• Highest university degree and year of graduation
• Current occupation
• Title of doctoral thesis (completed or in progress) and granting institution
• List of publications relevant to the scope of the school
• Any other relevant information (e.g. related projects, or personal web site, etc.).

Applications should be submitted latest on the 27th of May 2014 and grant recipients will be notified by the 29th of May 2014. Grant recipients will receive the grants as a reimbursement after they have attended the training school.

Visa Requests

Participants who need Hungarian visa to attend the conference, should address their requests for letter of invitation to the conference secretariat (here) by providing the following information: names as in passport, nationality, gender, date of birth and passport number. The registration fee should be paid before requesting letter of invitation.

Payment
